Eligibility for Returns
To be eligible for a return, the following conditions must be met:
The item must be in its original, unused, and resalable condition.
The item must include all original packaging, tags, and accessories.
The return must be initiated within 30 days of the original purchase date.
Proof of purchase (order number, receipt) must be provided.
Items Not Eligible for Return
The following items are not eligible for return or refund:
Items that are damaged due to misuse, abuse, or negligence.
Items that are missing original packaging, tags, or accessories.
Items that are custom-made or personalized.
Items that are marked as final sale or non-returnable.
Software or licenses that have been opened or activated.
Items returned more than 30 days after the purchase date.
How to Initiate a Return
To initiate a return, please follow these steps:
Contact Customer Support: Contact our customer support team via email at info@trendhato.net or call us at (540) 710-0478 to request a return authorization number (RAN).
Provide Order Information: Provide your order number, the item(s) you wish to return, and the reason for the return.
Receive Return Instructions: Our customer support team will provide you with a RAN and specific instructions for returning your item(s).
Pack the Item(s): Securely pack the item(s) in their original packaging, including all accessories, and clearly mark the RAN on the outside of the package.
Ship the Return: Ship the package back to us at the address provided by customer support. You are responsible for the return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error (e.g., incorrect item shipped, defective product). We recommend using a trackable shipping method to ensure your return is received.
Refund Process
Once we receive your returned item(s) and verify that they meet the return eligibility criteria, we will process your refund within 7-10 business days. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase.
Credit/Debit Card: Refunds will be credited to the original card used for the purchase.
PayPal: Refunds will be credited back to your PayPal account.
Other Payment Methods: Refunds will be issued through the original payment method used at the time of purchase.
Exchanges
If you would like to exchange an item, please follow the same return process outlined above. We will process your exchange as a new order, and you may need to place a new order for the desired item once the original return has been processed. Any price differences will be handled accordingly.
Damaged or Defective Items
If you receive an item that is damaged or defective, please contact us within 7 days of receipt. We will investigate the issue and provide a suitable solution, such as a replacement, repair, or full refund. We may require photographic evidence of the damage or defect.
Return Shipping Costs
You are responsible for return shipping costs, unless the return is due to an error on our part (e.g., incorrect item shipped, defective product). In such cases, we will provide a prepaid shipping label or reimburse you for the reasonable return shipping costs.
