Refund and Return Policy

At Trendhato, we are committed to offering top-tier laptop accessories and exceptional service to our customers. We understand that sometimes products need to be returned or exchanged, and we’ve created this policy to make that process as smooth as possible.

Eligibility for Returns

To qualify for a return, the following conditions must be met:

  • The item must be in new, unused, and resalable condition.

  • The item must include all original packaging, tags, and accessories.

  • A return request must be made within 30 days of your purchase date.

  • A proof of purchase (order number or receipt) is required

Items Not Eligible for Return

The following items are not eligible for return or refund:

  • Items that are damaged due to misuse, abuse, or negligence.

  • Items that are missing original packaging, tags, or accessories.

  • Custom-made or personalized items.

  • Items marked as final sale or non-returnable.

  • Software or licenses that have been opened or activated.

  • Items returned more than 30 days after the purchase date.

How to Initiate a Return

Returning an item is simple and easy with the following steps:

  • Contact Our Support Team:
    Reach out to our customer support team by emailing info@trendhato.net or calling (540) 710-0478. Be sure to request a Return Authorization Number (RAN).

  • Provide Purchase Details:
    Send us your order number, the item(s) you wish to return, and the reason for the return.

  • Return Instructions:
    After reviewing your request, our team will send you your RAN along with the steps to return the item(s).

  • Prepare the Package:
    Securely package your item(s) with their original packaging, including all accessories. Clearly write the RAN on the outside of the return package.

  • Ship the Return:
    Return the item(s) to the address provided by our support team. You are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to an error on our part (e.g., incorrect or defective items). For security, we recommend using a trackable shipping service.

Refund Process

Once we receive your returned item(s) and confirm they meet our return criteria, we will process your refund within 7-10 business days. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase:

  • Credit/Debit Cards: Refunded to the original card used.

  • PayPal: Refunded to your PayPal account.

  • Other Payment Methods: Refunded via the method you used for payment.

Exchanges

If you’d like to exchange an item, please follow the return process above. Once the original item is returned and processed, you may place a new order for the item you want. Any price differences will be handled accordingly.

Damaged or Defective Items

In the unfortunate event that your item is damaged or defective, please contact us within 7 days of receiving it. We will work with you to resolve the issue, offering a replacement, repair, or full refund. We may ask for photos of the damage or defect to better assist in resolving the issue.

Return Shipping Costs

You will be responsible for the return shipping costs unless the return is due to an error on our part (such as sending the wrong item or a defective product). In those cases, we will provide a prepaid shipping label or reimburse you for reasonable return shipping costs.
